The hotel impresses with its modern design, characterized by the façade in aluminium-coloured panels which
harmonize well with the gray of the structure. The large car park is free, and a garage is available for a small fee. The
106 rooms are painted in relaxing colors of the grey-dove range. Double rooms, family rooms and suites are available.
The services are completed by a Breakfast Room and the Lounge Bar with a pleasant outdoor seating area.

The jewel in the crown is the breakfast, characterized by thematic corners dedicated to sweet and savory foods, which can also be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace.
We offer a catering service for groups, with a several menu proposal. The
Lounge Bar comes to life particularly for the evening aperitif and after dinner. It is also open to non-residents.
By car: Take the highway A4/E70 and exit at San Donà di Piave, turn right to Via Calnova, drive for 300 meters and turn left
to Via Rialto. The Hotel stands on the left after about 200 meters.
By airplane: The nearest airport is Venezia Marco Polo (VCE). From the airport you can take a taxi to the Hotel, the jouney takes about 40 minutes. As an alternative catch the bus Nr. 4 to San Donà di Piave, approximately 35 minutes and 19 stops, from there take the bus Nr. 21 and get off after 14 stops in front of the Eurospar supermarket in Via Calnova; the
journey would take 20 minutes. From the bus stop walk heading Est and turn onto Via Rialto after about 200 meters,
you will see the Hotel on your left after approximately 200 meters.
By train: The nearest train station is San Donà di Piave, about 6 km to the Hotel. In front of the train station there is a taxi
stand, the ride would take approximately 10 minutes. As an alternative you can catch the bus Nr. 21 and get off after
13 stops in front of the Eurospar supermarket in Via Calnova; the ride would take 20 minutes. From the bus stop
walk heading Est and turn onto Via Rialto after about 200 meters, you will see the Hotel on your left after
approximately 200 meters.
